Name: Hannah Country: United States State: North Carolina Metro: Greensboro Gender: Female
Interests: Jesus. I like learning about anything new, which is pretty much everything. I love politics (House of Representatives Page!), but I'd never run for office myself. Books and music... I have very eclectic tastes and I can't get enough. I love dancing, all kinds, but particularly classical ballet. I thoroughly enjoy watching basketball, I've been raised to love the game. I also run track, but I just love running anytime, anywhere... period. Washington D.C. is definitely my favorite place in the entire world, but I love traveling abroad and learning about other cultures and languages... God is incredibly creative! I really have a passion for those suffering from AIDS and poverty, I don't know if there is command more clear in Scripture than to care for the poor, orphans, abandoned, and sick, so one day I hope to do just that. I am a freshman at Wheaton College, where I have and am continuing to learn alot, and I love it. I could go on... but for this, that's enough.

| SIGN THE ONE DECLARATION: www.one.org We can make a difference.
"WE BELIEVE that in the best American tradition of helping others help themselves, now is the time to join with other countries in a historic pact for compassion and justice to help the poorest people of the world overcome AIDS and extreme poverty. WE RECOGNIZE that a pact including such measures as fair trade, debt relief, fighting corruption and directing additional resources for basic needs - education, health, clean water, food, and care for orphans - would transform the futures and hopes of an entire generation in the poorest countries, at a cost equal to just one percent more of the US budget. WE COMMIT ourselves - one person, one voice, one vote at a time - to make a better, safer world for all." | | |
| Breaks are wonderful. I am so thankful right now for the opportunity to be with my family and closest friends, reflecting on both the blessings and the hardships of the past year and looking forward to the year to come. God is so good. Even when we do not understand, when we screw up, when we disobey and reject Him, He is good. I do not, I cannot begin to fathom this kind of love, this kind of grace. But I am so grateful for it. What can I bring to offer this amazing God? Nothing could be worthy of Him... nothing that I could muster up, create, or invent. He is good. | | |
| I just finished with my first semestter of college... is it possible that I am one-eighth of the way through my college years? I hope not: because I love it. It's going to be rather odd to be home for a whole three weeks, but it'll be nice to have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do. All the time in the world to do anything that I want to do. *breathing easy* | | |
| Christmastime... there's nothing like it.

| yay! we're going to chicago tonight... there's nothing like the city at
night, especially when it's so cold you can see your breath and you
have bundle up with a thousand layers. whew, well, i've got some work
to do and... or i could not do it. i don't know. don't you love writing
in the stream of consciousness? i could go and on and on with a
pointless entry, but i'm just going to....
stop.
